Every amount shown points back to its source in your financial data. Munia produces a draft, never a final document: the person responsible for finance validates the numbers and the available balance before it goes to council. Nothing is adopted without human validation.
Not by default: every municipality has its own. The connection is built on request, on a bank of hours. We first look at how your data is accessible (export, database, API), then connect the simplest and safest option. Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) is already natively integrated with Munia.
Your budget data is hosted in Quebec (Beauharnois), under Quebec and Canadian jurisdiction. Inference runs under a zero-retention contract, and nothing is used to train a model, ours or anyone else's. It's the same standard, whether the budget has been adopted yet or not.
