Support provided by humans

We're an AI company, but we don't hand our support over to a chatbot. Technical support is provided by five people from our training and development teams: Jean, Alexandre, Anthony, Simon and Youssef.

Training and best practices

In our training, we teach how to use AI to become more productive. We also dedicate a section to the issues: the impact of AI on our work, on the environment and on our cognitive functions. What we apply internally, we teach externally.

A human in the loop, with approval

The platform supports users in their decision-making. No action is taken without their approval, and it never makes a decision without their knowledge.

Data protection first

Data protection is at the heart of all our strategic decisions. A real-time anonymization gateway removes citizens' personal information before the request: the inference model does not receive identifiable information. A model provider is selected only if it contractually commits to zero retention. Law 25 respected by default.

Hosting in Quebec

Your data is hosted in Quebec, by OVHcloud in Beauharnois, a non-American provider, under Quebec and Canadian jurisdiction.

Security

AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, SSO authentication and access logging.

Industry benchmark: Google measured 0.24 Wh and 0.26 mL of water per median prompt in 2025, with energy per prompt 33 times lower than a year earlier. Measuring makes it possible to reduce.
