The questions we get before we start.
Training, automation, data, pricing: short, straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it at the bottom of the page, we reply within 2 business days.
Training
Municipal staff, whatever the department: clerk's office, general management, urban planning, communications, finance, public works. Three online sessions of 3 h, 20 seats per cohort, $868 per person before taxes. No technical prerequisite.
À la carte training brings people from several organizations together in an open cohort, on fixed dates. Team training happens in your organization, on your own files, at your team's pace, with support after the sessions. We send a proposal after a short diagnosis.
They are exactly who we built the training for. If your teams can write an email, they can use AI. The examples come from your day-to-day municipal work, not from abstract demos.
Team training includes Munia access for the people trained during the support period, so they practise on real files from the first session. Details are in the proposal. À la carte training also relies on Munia during the sessions.
Automation and integration
What eats your teams' time: the decision summary filled from financial data, resident requests classified and tracked to the reply, the inspection report dictated in the field, incomplete permits flagged before they reach a desk, the full flow from agenda to published minutes.
A free half-day workshop on your real documents to pick the right process. Then development, in weeks rather than months, with validation checkpoints. Finally, integration with your Munia and training for the people involved.
Not by default: these connections are developed on request, on a bank of hours, as add-on tools. Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) is already natively integrated with Munia.
You do. Every automation produces a draft or a list to validate; nothing is adopted, published or sent without a person approving it. A human stays in the loop, by design.
Munia and your data
On servers in Quebec (OVH, Beauharnois), under Quebec and Canadian jurisdiction. Inference by model providers runs under zero-retention contracts. Your data is never used to train models, neither ours nor any third party's.
Yes, by default. Canadian hosting, an incident register, access logging and a personal-information processing agreement: everything is in place so your privacy officer gets clear answers, not promises.
Munia is not a general-purpose chatbot: its assistants are preconfigured for municipal tasks, with non-US hosting and local support. And Munia integrates with Microsoft 365 rather than replacing it. We show you the difference in a demo, on your documents.
No, it replaces the tasks nobody wants to do. In a labour-shortage context, it gives time back to existing teams for the work that needs a human: judgment, the relationship with residents, the decision.
Pricing, timelines and scope
À la carte training: $868 per person before taxes. Munia: a per-user rate, same tier for the whole organization, no setup fee, proposal after the demo. Automation and integration: a bank of hours, with a clear proposal after the workshop. No surprises along the way.
Fourteen days on average between signing and Munia going live, training included. Most clerk's offices produce their first resolution during the week of the rollout. An automation is delivered in weeks.
Our services are built for Quebec municipalities and regional municipalities, and open to intermunicipal boards, housing offices, municipal-sector non-profits and public organizations elsewhere in Canada.
With a 20-minute, no-obligation conversation. Describe a repetitive task or a project you have in mind; we come back with concrete options. The form at the bottom of this page is enough.
